Kypsien mangojen maku herätetään henkiin ripauksella kirpeää, kotitekoista sekoitustamme limestä, merisuolasta ja pasilla-chilistä. Makea, hieman hapan ja mausteinen, nämä latinalaiskatujen ruokainspiraation makutangot tanssivat rikkaassa tummassa suklaassamme.
That lime and sea salt dusting is what sold me — it hits sour first, then the mango sweetness comes through. The mini size is dangerously easy to finish in one sitting, so I've started keeping two bags in the pantry.
The lime-salt dusting hits first, then the mango sweetness kicks in before the pasilla chile warms the back of my throat. These little bars are dangerously snackable.
The chile heat creeps up right after the mango sweetness, and that lime-sea salt dusting keeps every bite interesting. I’ve already eaten three in one sitting—the tangy-spicy combo is dangerously snackable.
