sokeri + mauste + kaikki ihanaa. viettelevä kaneli, pasilla-chili ja lämmittävä cayennepippuri lepäävät samettisen tumman suklaan peitossa. juuri sopivasti lämpöä sulattamaan sydämesi – se on todella herkullinen tapa piristää päivääsi.
I was skeptical about chocolate with chile, but the pasilla and cayenne actually balance the sweetness instead of fighting it. The cinnamon comes through on the finish, and the velvety texture makes the heat feel luxurious rather than sharp. Perfect for when I want dessert with a little kick.
The heat creeps up slowly after the first bite, leaving a warm tingle that pairs perfectly with the velvety dark chocolate. I broke off a square after dinner and the pasilla chile really does sneak up on you in the best way.
The cinnamon and cayenne hit right after the chocolate melts, and that pasilla chile leaves a warm tingle that lingers just long enough. I broke off a square after dinner and it honestly felt like a tiny, spicy dessert moment. Already ordered two more.
