rapea, paahdettu korppujauho, joka on ripoteltu merisuolalla ja pyöräytetty syvään, tummaan suklaaseen. toisin sanoen kaikki, mitä kaipaat yhdessä makeassa ja suolaisessa suupalassa. anna periksi, kaipaa rapeutta.
The sea salt is what got me — it cuts through the dark chocolate just enough that I don't feel sugared out after two bites. And those toasted breadcrumbs actually stay crunchy instead of going soft. The mini size is dangerous, I've already gone through half the bag.
I was skeptical about the breadcrumb texture, but the crunch is perfectly light and the sea salt really makes the dark chocolate pop. Ate the whole box in two days, which says everything.
The toasted breadcrumbs give it a real savory crunch that balances the dark chocolate perfectly. I grabbed one as a midday pick-me-up and ended up finishing the whole box by Friday. That sea salt dusting makes every bite dangerously good.
