Milk & Cookies Mini bars

The cookie crumbles stay crispy even with the milk chocolate coating, which I didn't expect. Perfect little size for a lunchbox treat.

The sea salt really balances the chocolate, and the cookie crumble stays crispy instead of turning soggy. I grabbed a box to share, but honestly I’ve polished off half of them on my own this week.
