Wasn't sure plant-based bacon would actually work but the maple syrup is what seals it, smoky and sweet without any weird aftertaste. The chocolate itself snaps clean instead of crumbling.

I grabbed two bars since this is the final clearance and I’m already craving the smoky-sweet combo again. The plant-based bacon crumbles give it that savory bite, and the maple syrup hits just enough to keep it dessert-like. Glad I stocked up before it disappears for good.

The maple syrup sweetness is nicely balanced against the smoky plant-based bacon, so it doesn't taste fake at all. I stocked up since the best-by date is far off in 2027 and I'm already planning to grab more before it's gone.
