The cookie crumbles are genuinely crispy, not soggy like some cookie bars I've tried. Milk chocolate is sweet but the little salt flakes keep it from being too much. I ate half the bar in one sitting.
The sea salt really makes the difference here, cutting through the sweet milk chocolate just enough to keep every bite interesting. I’ve already finished two bars this week and the cookie crumbles stay crispy right to the last square.
The crunch of those cookie crumbles hits just right against the smooth milk chocolate, and the sea salt gives it that little savory kick I didn't know I needed. Tore through half the bar in one sitting without even realizing it.
