taste one of chuao's greatest hits. our "smooth & rich" album features milk chocolate bark with roasted almonds and hazelnuts, all topped with a white chocolate drizzle for extra sweetness.
I expected mostly almonds, but the hazelnuts are just as generous, and they stay crunchy against the soft milk chocolate. The bark snaps cleanly into big shards, and half the album disappeared before dinner.
The white chocolate drizzle really ties the whole thing together—it cuts the richness of the milk chocolate just enough. I opened the bag planning to have a piece with my coffee and finished half the album before the mug was empty.
The white chocolate drizzle on top really balances the roasted nuts without being too sweet. I crushed half the album in one sitting, and the hazelnuts stay crunchy to the very last square.
