I was skeptical about the sea salt mixed with milk chocolate, but it actually balances the sweetness perfectly. The chips stay crispy instead of going stale-tasting, which surprised me for a chocolate bar.
The crunch of those kettle-cooked chips against the smooth milk chocolate is pure magic. The sea salt really pulls the sweetness back just enough so you keep reaching for another square.
I was skeptical about chips in chocolate, but the sea salt really balances the sweet milk chocolate, and the chips stay crisp to the very last bite. Half the bar disappeared before I even realized it.
