The popping candy is the real star here—it fires off about five seconds after the chocolate melts, and the chipotle heat lingers just long enough to make the salt pop brighter. I bought two bars and already regret not grabbing three.
That first bite is all smooth dark chocolate and then the chipotle warmth sneaks in right as the popping candy starts crackling—such a fun little firework show. The sea salt really balances everything so it’s sweet, spicy, and salty all at once. I’ve already got another one on the way.
The heat from the chipotle creeps up right as the popping candy starts crackling, so every bite has this wild back-and-forth that keeps you reaching for another square. The dark chocolate is silky enough to let the sea salt shine through without getting gritty.
