Sweet & Salty Mini bars

The sea salt is what makes these—it cuts through the milk chocolate just enough without being overpowering. I keep the mini bars in my desk drawer and they're the perfect two-bite pick-me-up around 3pm.

I grabbed one after lunch and somehow polished it off before I even sat back down. The creamy chocolate and that sea salt balance is exactly what I wanted—not too sweet, not too salty, just right.

The sea salt swirl hits right at the end of each bite, which makes the creamy milk chocolate feel less heavy and more addictive. I grabbed a couple for an afternoon snack and they made it maybe five minutes on my desk.
