I wasn't expecting the parchita to come through so clearly, but it cuts right through the caramel in the best way. Two pieces disappeared before I even sat down. The passion fruit keeps it from feeling too heavy.
The caramel is wonderfully smooth, but that bright parchita finish is what makes these little bonbons feel special. I grabbed the 2-piece box for an afternoon treat and they were gone embarrassingly fast.
That little hit of parchita right after the caramel melts is such a nice surprise—bright and tangy without overpowering the sweetness. These two pieces are gone way too fast, but they're worth every bite.
