The crunch of those caramelized honey bits against the dark chocolate is dangerously addictive—I keep sneaking pieces straight from the fridge. It's sweet but the dark chocolate keeps it from being cloying, perfect with my afternoon coffee.
The caramelized honey bits are what sold me—they crunch just enough against the smooth dark chocolate, and it's genuinely sweet without being cloying. I've already finished two bars this week, and each nibble really does live up to the "secret lov" promise.
I wasn't sure the honey would come through with dark chocolate, but those caramelized bits give it a nice sweetness that cuts the bitterness. The bar snaps cleanly when you break it, though mine got a little melty in transit so the squares didn't stay perfectly intact.
