The toffee shatters just enough before the dark chocolate melts down, and the pretzel crunch keeps it from ever feeling too rich. I meant to have one square with coffee and ended up finishing half the bar at my desk.
The salt from the pretzels cuts through the dark chocolate perfectly, and the toffee gives it that nice buttery crunch. I opened the bar expecting one piece and somehow the whole thing was gone before I realized it. Just unfair how good this is.
I ordered three of these on a whim and they barely survived the weekend. The crunch from those mini pretzels against the smooth dark chocolate is the perfect texture combo, and the toffee bits melt just right.
