Spicy Maya Drikkechokolade

I usually drink this after dinner when I want something richer than coffee, and the pasilla chile warmth lingers just long enough without overpowering the dark chocolate. The cinnamon comes through on the second sip, and it's velvety smooth even without milk.

First sip and the heat hits right after the chocolate melts on your tongue — that pasilla chile gives it a slow, warm glow instead of a sharp burn. I've been making it with oat milk before bed and it's genuinely the most comforting thing I've had all winter.
