advarsel: lækkerhed forude. luftige skumfiduser, sprøde karamelliserede mandler og havsalt baner vejen i silkeblød mælkechokolade. vi mener, at ingen (rocky) road-tur er komplet uden noget sødt.
The marshmallows are so fluffy they almost melt before the chocolate does, and the caramelized almonds give it that crunch I keep coming back for. I finished half the bar on the drive home, no regrets.
The sea salt really pulls it all together—it cuts through the silky milk chocolate just enough to make every bite interesting. I grabbed one for a road trip snack and it barely survived the first hour of driving.
The sea salt really balances the sweetness, and the marshmallows stay fluffy even after the bar sits in my bag for a day. I’ve already finished two bars this week and the crunch from those almonds keeps pulling me back.
