Ella J. ★★★★★

Ordered these as a gift and ended up keeping half the box for myself. The chef's picks are a smart way to try a bit of everything he makes, and the truffle centers are so smooth they practically melt.

The dark chocolate shells crack with just the right amount of snap, and the fillings taste like something a pastry chef stayed up late perfecting. I hid the box from my family after the first piece—that's how good these are.

I’ve never seen a box this pretty actually match the taste, but every truffle here feels like chef michael picked it himself. the dark ones are rich without being heavy, and the assortment means I never hit a boring repeat.
